Personalized items can’t be returned or exchanged, but if there’s a problem with your order, please contact me — I’ll do my best to make it right.
Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Some natural fading may occur over time with washing, but your item should stay in great shape with normal care.
Wash inside out, don't use fabric softener, and wash in cool or cold water. Hang dry, but if needed, tumble dry low. Do not iron directly on the design.
